It’s good software, but I would like it more if it was completely free. I prefer working it primarily because of the Zohomail account.

The solution is great at managing finances but sometimes feels difficult to work with. Still, I have no big complaints with Zoho Books.

The customer support is not at all helpful. Also, they respond at every awkward time of the day and then share emails with those you didn’t reply to.
