Summary

The best part of AWS RDS is that it’s a managed database, so you don’t have to worry about any patching and backup as it is fully managed by AWS. Adding to that, you can also monitor using a database based on metrics using AWS Cloud watch and set automated actions based on cloud watch alarms. However, AWS must work on its user interface section.

With AWS Cloud, I can automate some menial tasks and some fun tasks for free. With AWS Free Tier. I set up a python script to send my wife a picture of a dog every day at noon. She loves it, and it makes me look good; it hasn’t missed a day that I’m aware of. There are so many other tasks that this could be used for. It’s amazing what this technology is capable of. Being able to automate without a server is fantastic.

To get going with the software, you might have to do a little bit of learning or brainstorming to become familiar with how AWS Cloud works. It shouldn’t be too hard to figure out if you are technical at all.

I have been using AWS Cloud for more than six months, and I haven’t felt the need to change my cloud computing software even once. It is #1 in security, integrations, and database management.
