No problem. We will take a look at any art file and let you know if it is sufficient for printing. If you need graphic design or vectorization, we offer that service for a fee. Email your questions to sales@bigmediaprinting.com.
Frequently Asked Questions
We try to keep things simple. You can submit your artwork on the cart page of the shop, or order with one of our project managers by emailing sales@bigmediaprinting.com.
We then analyze your files, create a PDF proof, and get final approval from you. After approval is received, your project is submitted to the production queue. Production time varies by the product.

How can I send you artwork files?
If you’re ordering through the shop, you may attach a file at the bottom of the cart page. Or you may send your order, along with your files directly to sales@bigmediaprinting.com.
How do you accept payments?
If you order through the shop, you will be redirected to a credit card / PayPal portal for the actual transaction, take note that you do not need a PayPal account. If you order via email, you will be emailed an invoice with a link to pay. Major credit cards are accepted in either instance. Alternatively, you may pay by check to Big Media Printing, LLC. 3711 Pineview Drive, St. Paul, MN 55127.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged at the time you complete online payment, whether that is on our website, or through an electronic invoice via email. For check payments, please remit to our corporate address: Big Media Printing, LLC. 3711 Pineview Drive, St. Paul, MN 55127.
Do you charge sales tax?
Only for orders shipping to Minnesota, where Big Media Printing is located. If you are in Minnesota, an additional 6.875% is added on top of your order total.

If you are unhappy with your order, we will consider a reprint depending on the concern. Please reach out to us if there are any problems so we can work to fix them.
Can I cancel or refund my order?
Your order may be refunded if your project has not yet gone to press.
