How thick is 100# paper? 100# paper is the industry standard for brochures, flyers, leaflets, pamphlets, etc. It is the same as 0.014″ or 14pt thick.
Do you offer color matching? Not exactly. We are able to satisfy most color matching requests, but due to the challenges of perfectly matching a color with CMYK process, we cannot guarantee it.
Why is shipping so expensive? Bulk paper shipments are heavy. For example, an order of 5,000 11″x17″ brochures would ship in 1-2 boxes weighing nearly 90lbs gross.

We have an event coming up, can we get brochures on time? Normal production for a brochure order is approximately 1-2 weeks, plus transit. Rush orders are not currently available.
How many versions can we have for our custom folded brochure order? You may use a design for the front, a different design for the back, but every brochure must be identical per order. If you have two different versions, you would need to place two orders.
Are there additional costs or fees with ordering brochure / leaflet / pamphlet printing? Sales tax would apply if you are located in Minnesota, otherwise we only charge for printing and shipping; there are no setup fees or design fees.
