How do I install my wallpaper print? Simply remove the liner from the backside of your print and apply only the top edge of your print to the wall. Proceed by slowly “waving” the graphic onto the wall, from top to bottom, making sure to smooth out any air bubbles. A soft glove will make the installation easier.

How do I remove my wallpaper print? Simply peel off your printed wallpaper mural. Move slowly, giving the adhesive time to separate from the wall. If the area you are in is cooler than 65 degrees, a heat gun or hot hair dryer greatly improves the speed at which the adhesive backed wallpaper releases from the wall.

Are there size limits? No. Keep in mind that the material comes in 52″ wide rolls, which means that your mural may be split into multiple panels. We always print a 1/2″ overlap which gives you plenty of room to line the panels up.

What are your printing capabilities? Custom printed wall murals are full color, digitally printed, on a fabric-based substrate that has a texture just like old fashioned wallpaper. Our customers absolutely love this product due to it’s ease of use and phenomenal look.

How long will my mural last? Your mural will last indefinitely if left undisturbed. The adhesive will never wear out or deteriorate, and the ink is UV based which means it will hold up even if natural sunlight exposure occurs.

Can I relocate my mural? Absolutely. Carefully remove the mural by slowly peeling it up from one of the corners. Using a heat gun or hot hair dryer will help speed up the process as it softens up the adhesive. Carry your graphic to another wall, or press wax paper on the adhesive side which will protect it if you need to travel. Do not leave a graphic with the adhesive side exposed because dust will collect and it will lose its adhesion qualities.

How fast can I get my mural? If you select a rush order, your printed wallpaper will ship within 24 hours via overnight transit. Most orders ship within 24 hours, but are not guaranteed to without the rush option being selected.

Can you help with the design? We offer basic layouts free of charge. Simply contact us via email and we will follow up with a proof, sales@bigmediaprinting.com. Creative design work is available at a rate of $60 per file.

Which material is the best for outdoor windows? IJ35C is a permanent adhesive, with laminated printing that is designed to last in cold weather and UV exposure.

What is turnaround time on adhesive backed prints? Production time is normally 24 hours, but orders could take up to 5 business days when we are at maximum capacity.

Do you offer color matching? Yes, please make sure the colors are set in your design file, and our digital printer is set to match them. We recommend using Pantone C colors.

How many versions can we have for our signage order? Unlimited versions. You may order 10 different prints and use 10 different files.
